Multi-Purpose Roof Coating membrane 

Properties

A single component, UV stable, solvent-based, multi-purpose roof coating membrane.

Designed to prevent the ingress of water whilst allowing any trapped moisture to escape and evaporate naturally. 

Application

For the renovation of all types of roof structure and waterproof protection of: flat and pitched roofs, corrugated asbestos, roof lights, flashings, roofing felt, gutters, slate, asphalt, lead, glasshouses, metal and fibreglass. 

Sealacryl is manufactured with fibre reinforcement which is pre-dispersed in the can for ease of application. It will also bridge small gaps and cracks. When using, treat all details first, in areas where excessive movement may occur additional reinforcement can be incorporated into the coating. 

It has excellent adhesion, can be applied in damp weather and offers instant protection.

Coverage is approximately 1 m²/1-2kg.
