Returns Policy:

Any item being returned must be received within 14 days of your receipt. Items must be returned in a clean and unused condition, in the original packaging and with labels attached. Items returned must be insured by the sender as we cannot take responsibility for any items lost in the post.

To return items to Simply Building Materials please follow the 3 steps below:

Step 1: Contact us at sales@simplybuildingmaterials.co.uk to inform us that you wish to return an item. 

Step 2: Package the item in the original packaging and return to:

(Please make sure the item is insured when posted.)

Step 3: Allow two weeks from the posting date for us to credit your account. We will email you once the refund has been processed.  

Missing, Incomplete or Damaged Items

If your order has not arrived and you believe it should of or your order arrives and there is something missing or damaged then email us at sales@simplybuildingmaterials.co.uk.
