Simply Pro 25

Properties

Simply Pro 25 is a Liquid Waterproofing System with a Life Expectancy of over 25 Years.

It has been independently tested and BBA Certification is pending.  It achieves the highest Fire Rating B Roof T4 with an unrestricted application. It is a fast curing, semi-thixotropic polyurethane liquid membrane, and it is especially designed for applications at low temperatures.

It is a single component, low odour Waterproofing System, available in drum sizes of 5kg, 10kg, and 25kg.

The recommended colour is Dark Grey (Ral 7011).

It is laid as a two-layer system with the first layer of Pro 25 being applied at 1kg per m² with fibreglass reinforcement being rolled into the wet first layer and saturated. After being left for approximately 3-4 hours to cure (depending on temperature), the membrane can be inspected for any signs of glass fibre “wicking“, which must be sanded smooth. If any small pinholes are visible, they can be covered with more brush/roller applied Roofshield Ultra Pro 25.

The second layer of 1kg per m² is then applied on top of the first layer to give a totally seamless waterproof membrane with a thickness of approximately 1.8mm.

The roof can be walked on after 4 hours but full 100% cure is only achieved after approximately 3 days.

Coverage

The BBA Certification requires 2 x layers each of 1kg per m² to give a membrane of 2kg per m^2.

25kg covers 25m² at 1kg per m²
10kg covers 10m² at 1kg per m²
5kg covers 5m² at 1kg per m²
